Because of this we provide our patients specialized treatment as well as specialized equipment such as cpms (continuous passive motion machines) and recumbent stationary bikes. Purpose of Dixie Home Rehab:

Dixie Home Rehab provides health-care services to Medicare clients in their home. These clients, referred to us by Physicians, are treated by the following staff:

• Physical Therapists
• Skilled Nurses
• Occupational Therapists
• Speech Therapists
• Social Workers
• Home Health Aides

These services are performed according to the care plan provided by their Physicians orders. The client must require intermittent skilled nursing or therapy services and be homebound in order to be covered by Medicare. Services provided to clients are billed to Medicare directly through their designated agent and are paid at an appropriate fee according to Medicare and Utah Health Care Law. Our employees know the respective Medicare regulations and follow the proper procedures when caring for our clients.
